The lead time for customized products with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 45 to 60 days, while that for customized products without an MOQ is 7 to 15 days. A 30%-50% deposit is required for customized orders. We will initiate the customization process upon receipt of the deposit, and the balance shall be paid before shipment after sample confirmation.
